By Car from the Highway

From the A90 highway, which forms a ring around the city (known as the Grande Raccordo Annulare-GRA), take exit 1 Aurelia Città del Vaticano, in direction Rome. You continue to follow the road which changes its name into Via Baldo degli Ubaldi and then into Via Angelo Emo.

Just after the Esso station, you turn left into Via degli Ammiragli and you turn right into Via Cipro at the traffic lights. You cross the round square with a fountain called Piazza degli Eroi, and you will then see our entrance (red façade and black gate) Via Andrea Doria 79 on your right-hand side.

To go to the parking garage you continue an additional 250 meters and then you turn right into Via Tunesi. If you want to find free parking, you should continue at Via Angelo Emo when you approach our area (and thus not turn left into Via degli Ammiragli as indicated above).

Parking

Our building is located outside the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) area. For secure parking, you can use a paid garage, located at a 250 meter distance from our building, with an entrance at Via Tunesi. The parking cost is 1,50€ per hour or 20€ per day.

There is free parking in the streets near our building and at Via Angelo Emo, but it is not easy to find available places.

Metro & Bus

Our building can be reached easily by metro as metro station Cipro is located at a 300 meter distance.

Several busses pass through our street: Number 913 (going in the direction of Piazza Cavour), 490 (heading towards Tiburtina Station and passing, inter alia, Piazza del Popolo and Via Veneto) and 492 (also heading for Tiburtina Station and passing, inter alia, Lungotevere Marzio, Largo Argentina, the Trevi Fountain and Piazza Barberini).

Private Driver

If desired, we can put you in contact with a professional driver who can take you from the airport to the flat. The cost amounts to 60€ and is to be paid directly to the driver. The fee increases when the pick-up is after office hours and/or if the passengers/luggage do not fit into the limousine and a van needs to be arranged.

Restaurants, Markets and Take Away Food.

You will find everything you need within walking distance. A curated list of places nearby and in other areas, is available to help you navigate the area with ease.

The flats are located on the same floor of a historic building dating from the 1930s, have the same size and layout and are situated across the hall from each other.

It would therefore also be possible for a larger group/family up to 8 guests to rent the flats together.

Enjoy a quiet and comfy experience in Rome.
