One of the largest markets in Rome, Mercato Trionfale, is located at a 300-meter distance. It has over 300 booths offering inter alia fresh vegetables, fruit, bread, cheeses, delicacies, meat, fish and wine. It is open during the morning (except for Sunday) and in the flats you will find indications for the good booths.
Pizza
At 50 meters to the right from the building you will find Eroi della Pizza with excellent take-away pizza, also famous for its “supplì” and its bread. In the same area, you can enjoy a crunchy pizza in La Locanda di Pietro. Going towards the stairs of the Vatican, you will find Pizzeria La Ruota, a place with bright lights but having a good quality/price ratio, and you will find yourselves among the Roman families.

Restaurants
At Via Andrea Doria 22, across the street from the Trionfale market, you can have a wonderful breakfast, lunch and dinner in La Fiorentina, which is also known for its excellent pastries. Around the corner, at Via Candia 60, you can taste a very good kitchen from the Molise area in Piacere Molise.
Gelato & Sweets
If you cross the street, you can find delicious Sicilian pastries, desserts and dishes at La Cannoleria Siciliana, also a nice place for breakfast. At the bottom of the stairs which lead to the Vatican Museums you will find ice cream shop Millenium, which offers up to 62 tastes of ice cream.

In the apartments, you will find a list of additional addresses in Rome.
The flats are located on the same floor of a historic building dating from the 1930s, have the same size (83 sq.) and layout and are situated across the hall from each other.
It would therefore also be possible for a larger group/family up to 8 guests to rent the flats together.
