Our Apartments
Two recently renovated flats, decorated with design furniture and fully equipped kitchenettes. The flats can be easily reached as there is an elevator to the floor on which they are both located, and there are no thresholds under the front door nor under the internal doors.

The flats have been decorated with furniture of the French brand Ligne Roset. The living room contains a small library with books in various languages for adults and children. There is a radio with CD-player and Bluetooth connection and several CDs, also with Italian music, are provided. For the children there is also drawing material.
The kitchen corners are equipped with induction plates, refrigerator, dishwasher, (microwave) oven, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, moka, many cooking utensils, plates, glasses and cutlery. In addition, the oil, vinegar, pepper, salt and spices, coffe and tea that are provided will put you in a position to immediately prepare a nice lunch or dinner.
Both living rooms have two windows, with mosquito nets, overlooking the green courtyard of the building complex.
The master bedroom of each apartment have king-size beds (180 x 200 cm for Quiet Design Apartment and 170 x 200 cm for Boutique Apartment) with double pillows for each guest. The smaller bedrooms each have two single beds (90 x 200 for Quiet Design Apartment and 80 x 190 cm for Boutique Apartment). All mattresses are new and of excellent quality.
The views of the master bedroom windows are on the small gardens of the building’s co-habitants while the views of the smaller bedrooms are on the green courtyard of the complex. All bedroom windows have mosquito nets and the rooms have air conditioning and heating. The bedlinen is made of pure cotton and thus not synthetic.
The bedrooms of the two flats have plenty of closet space.
The showers have a large showerhead and a hand-held showerhead. The shower walls have been decorated with small mosaic tiles of the Italian brand Bisazza. The bathrooms have washing basins and a toilet with small bidet-shower.
Two sets of towels for each guest are provided in additional to shampoo, conditioner and shower gel of the French brand Occitane.
A large closet, located in both bathrooms, contains the washing machine and the dryer. Soap for the washing machine is provided.

Both apartments are equipped with washing machine and dryer, soap is provided.
