Is the neighborhood safe and are the supermarkets and restaurants nearby?

Yes, our neighborhood is safe. In addition, the flats are quiet because they are located inside a building complex, which has a gate that is closed during the evenings, and their walls have been isolated during the renovation works. There is one supermarket, located at a 2-minute walk, and another one, open 24/7, at a 4-minute walk plus various restaurants (see under “The Surroundings”).

Is there a television?

There is no television as we believe our guests will be tired after walking a day through Rome and can see the news/programs/films in streaming with their computers/I-Pads. There is, however, a radio with CD-player and Bluetooth connection.

Dogs and cats are unfortunately not allowed for reasons of hygiene, to protect the other guests with allergies and to safeguard the design furniture.

Where can I park the car?

There are free spaces in the streets around our building and at Via Angelo Emo, but it is not easy to find available spaces. A large paid parking garage can be found at 250 meters from the flat (entrance at Via Tunesi) and the daily fee amounts to 20€.

How many persons are allowed in the flat?

Each flat can host four adults/adolescents. There is a camping bed for a toddler and a small bed for a newborn. It is possible to rent both apartments simultaneously.

Is there an elevator?

Yes, there is an elevator and there are no thresholds under the front door and the internal doors.

Do we have to bring bed linen and towels?

No need to bring; sheets and towels (a set of two towels per person) are available, as well as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, a hairdryer, soap for the washing machine and dishwasher plus cooking products (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, tea herbs etc.).

There is free WiFi and the code can be found in the flat.

Is there air conditioning and heating?

Yes, each flat has a Daikin air conditioner with a multi-split so that there is a fan in each of the two bedrooms and in each living room, making the flats entirely air-conditioned. The rooms also have radiators for heating, which is centrally controlled for the entire building complex. Additional heating is also possible via the air conditioning units.
